Weekend events start on Friday at 9:00 AM and end on Sunday at 3:00 PM. Rent the entire house for $1200 + tax for your group of any size up to 12 people. Need more time? Add a day to the beginning or end of your event (if available) for an additional $150.

A deposit of $200 is required to hold a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to your event. We accept credit cards through Paypal (Paypal account not required), personal checks, and money orders. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to an event are fully refundable.
Cancellations 30-60 days prior to an event are fully refundable less a $100 cancellation fee, or can be rescheduled.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to an event are not refundable, but can be rescheduled.
