Weekend events typically start on Friday at 9:00 AM and end on Sunday at 3:00 PM. Rent the entire house for $1300 + 6% MI use tax for your group of any size up to 12 people. Need more time? Add one day to the beginning or end of your event (if available) for an additional $200.

A deposit of $200 is required to hold a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to your event. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to an event are fully refundable.
Cancellations 30-60 days prior to an event are fully refundable less a $100 cancellation fee, or can be rescheduled.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to an event are not refundable, but can be rescheduled.
